My Story

I am qualified nutritional therapist who is also trained in mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT).

I practice an adaptive nutrition that optimises natural health by correcting imbalances through nutritional intervention and lifestyle exploration.

I attained a degree in Biotechnology then worked as a Food Technologist for Nestlé and Marks and Spencer. I then went on to study nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.

Alongside running practices in London and Brighton I worked at The Glenn Hoddle Football Academy where I helped further the careers of young players, providing a unique program for optimising performance through optimum nutrition.

It was during this time at the academy that I conceived the concept of adaptive nutrition taking everything into account, from food to feelings, from movement to mind, from stress to sleep, a small change could make a massive difference.

I lecture in naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and have had articles published in magazines and trade publications.

I am regularly consulted by businesses and professional associations to run programs to improve the health and wellbeing of staff. The adaptive approach of nutrition protocols and lifestyle changes for employees results in a productive work-life balance combatting the effects of stress, allowing a person to operate at their optimum level.
